Terms of Service
Use of this site
This site is provided for information about our appearance services. Descriptions of scope, duration and cadence are indicative; the governing document for any engagement is the written scope issued for your aircraft.
Enquiries and quotations
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. Work begins only once we have issued a written scope and fixed price and you have accepted it in writing.
Scheduling and access
Service is performed hangar-side or on ramp by appointment. You are responsible for arranging authorisation for us to approach the aircraft at the field, including any escort or badging the facility requires.
Performance of work
Work is carried out with waterless, aviation-appropriate products and methods suited to the surfaces involved. Any condition discovered that falls outside the agreed scope is reported to you before further work is undertaken.
Cancellation
Appointments may be rescheduled by either party with reasonable notice. Where a crew has been dispatched and access is unavailable, a mobilisation charge may apply as stated in your written scope.
Limitation of liability
Our liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the amount charged for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of use or scheduling costs.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
