Newport BeachAircraft Detailing

The Method

Discipline, applied one panel at a time.

01

Arrival and Documentation

The aircraft is walked and photographed in full before work begins — paint condition, glass, brightwork, gear, interior. The record is timestamped and delivered to the owner with the invoice.

02

Waterless Decontamination

Encapsulating emulsions suspend particulate so it is lifted rather than dragged. No hose, no pressure, no run-off — the only method permissible on ramps under washing restrictions and on airframes whose manuals forbid pressure washing.

03

Brightwork and Correction

Nuvite compounds are stepped from cutting grade down to finishing grade on leading edges, spinners and inlets, working to a mirror without dwelling on a panel long enough to heat it.

04

Protection

Polymer sealant on routine work; ceramic where the owner wants multi-year hydrophobic protection. Coatings are applied in controlled conditions with cure windows recorded and communicated.

05

Close-Out

A second photographic pass, a written summary of what was found and what was done, and any condition worth an owner's attention flagged in plain language.
